Health and Lifestyle Consultation - undertaken at our first meeting (in person or by email) to discuss your current lifestyle choices and assess your medical health condition which will include blood pressure, body fat composition, measurements and postural assessments and identify your fitness goals. With this information I can devise an effective and appropriate exercise programme for you!

Programme Design – using the information gathered above I will create an exciting fun and challenging programme to help you achieve your goals. This will be executed by you on an independent basis however you can always call on me for support.

Review and updates – on a 6 weekly basis we will discuss and review your progress and adapt your programme to increase fitness levels or meet a new goal. Keeping your training exciting challenging and delivering results.


Training with existing medical conditions

Do you suffer from any of the following: Asthma, Diabetes, Osteo and Rheumatoid Arthritis, Obesity, Hypertension or are you Pre or Post Natal?
  • Think your medical conditions stop you getting fit?
  • Want a safe and effective exercise programme ?
  • Unsure how to manage your condition during exercise?

I can work safely and effectively with you following some basic rules to allow you to feel good and achieve your exercise goals.

Exercise has been proven to aid in the management of these conditions leading to a better quality of life and increased energy.


Circuit training

Like a group exercise class? Bored with Aerobics?

Circuit training is suitable for all fitness levels and a great way to meet people in your local area. With the safe use of resistance weights and cardiovascular exercises in a controlled environment you will enjoy shaping up and looking great.
