Before the consultation I will ask you to keep a food and mood diary for 7 days. This is a great starting point for our consultation allowing me to have a snapshot of a “typical week” including your weekends. This will highlight any patterns in your energy levels throughout the day.

This is an opportunity to discuss your awareness on healthy eating and any impact your work and lifestyle may have on your nutrition.

I will be able to discuss the best times to eat for peak performance whilst exercising and the impact foods can have on your energy levels, muscle repair and muscle toning.

We will discuss and produce an effective, realistic and lasting nutritional plan to achieve your goals.

I will offer support when implementing these changes and discuss ways to overcome any previous challenges you may have encountered whilst trying to achieve or maintain a healthy fulfilling body weight.

Group nutritional seminars – 30 minute talk on the 5 main nutrient groups, how they affect energy levels, aid weight management and reduce risks of disease

Individual Nutritional Consultations – I will sit down on a 1-1 basis with each individual and discuss current nutritional awareness a “typical week” and any work or lifestyle factors that affect their nutrition. With this information I can provide a nutrition plan with effective realistic goals for them to achieve. I can also provide your employees with an exercise plan offering a holistic approach to nutrition and exercise.
